Iván Meza is a Latin American Cinematographer, he attended and completed Miami Dade College’s SEDT Bachelors in Applied Science in Film, Television and Digital Production.

From a very young age, Iván showed interest in the visual arts, he found himself fascinated and obsessed with the world of cinema. Coming from South America, he had no idea filmmaking could be studied, let alone a college degree, he learned about its existence when he moved to the United States, that is when he decided to pursue his dreams.

Ivan has shot projects of all types including commercials, corporate, short films, music videos, and most recently, his first feature film, Regina.

Iván attended an ASC MasterClass in June 2019 to further his knowledge and understanding of the arts in cinematography.

Iván is an avid fútbol fanatic, he is also a stills photographer, a passion he developed from being around his family’s photo studio during his childhood.
